Owensboro Public Schools will be CLOSED Thursday, March 14, 2024 as our girls basketball team plays in the KHSAA Sweet 16 for the first time since 1992! They will take on Henderson County at 12:30 p.m. CT at Rupp Arena. This day will be made up for students on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
Kindergarten Registration begins Monday, March 11th! If you have a student starting kindergarten at Sutton this fall, please complete this short pre-registration form. https://forms.gle/PUoNHNoJgHteTVRm8
Items need for registration: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Proof of Residency (examples: copy of lease, utility bill, etc.), Immunization Record, and Required Health Forms (Physical, Eye Exam, Dental Screening). Please stop by anytime between 9am-2pm Monday-Friday to register!

The Owensboro Board of Education is seeking input from the community regarding the search for the district's next superintendent.
This is an opportunity for the community to submit questions related to issues the district is facing and that you believe should be priority in the coming years. These questions will be screened by the Board and may be used during the final interviews with the candidates for the position to determine if their experience and views align with what is the district is seeking in our next superintendent.
This form will close on Tuesday, March 5 at 4 p.m. CT. We welcome your questions and appreciate your participation in this process.
