Our first successful Kona Ice Day with 4th and 5th graders was a huge success! Thank you to all of those who "paid it forward" so all of our 4th and 5th graders were able to enjoy a Kona Ice on such a beautiful day! Don't worry other grades will have their Kona Ice Day later in this school year. Have a safe break! See you on Monday, October 20th

Burris's 2nd graders shared with Hoffman's Kindergarten students the books they each created titled "The Most Important Thing about School". 2nd graders have been comparing our school to schools around the world as part of their EL reading curriculum.

This upcoming Tuesday, September 9th, is High Attendance Day. To encourage high attendance, it will be Pajama Day and the cafeteria will be serving long johns for breakfast!

Every other month we will host either"All Pro Dad" or "Mighty Moms". We encourage students to either bring their fathers, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, or a positive male role model to All Pro Dad. Likewise, we encourage students to invite their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, or a positive female role model to Mighty Moms. During these meetings we provide a light breakfast and spend time diving into character topics such as problem solving, creativity, integrity, service, and more! We hope you will join us! As always, our meetings are open to everyone!
The first meeting is All Pro Dads THIS Friday at 7:15 - we cannot wait to see you!

Dear Parents,
Due to our tremendous sales and an unexpected delay in the delivery period, the distribution of chocolate boxes to students will be postponed today. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm as we work to get the fundraiser materials out as quickly as possible. We’ll get everyone their boxes tomorrow at school.
Thank you for your support in making this fundraiser such a success!
Warmly,
Sutton PTO

Fall Festival sooner rather than later! Can't wait for a great night.

Help us help our neighborhood by keeping our Blessing Box filled! We have students each morning that go out to fill Sutton's Blessing Box with non-perishable food items and hygiene products. Donations are welcome in the school lobby any time. Thank you in advance for helping us help others!
