On February 15, we proudly celebrate National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day and recognize Officer Yonts for the vital role he plays at OHS. The SRO assignment is truly unique within law enforcement, serving not only as a sworn officer, but also as a mentor, counselor and law educator for our students and school community.
Officer Yonts builds relationships grounded in trust, safety and care, supporting our Red Devils within the school and in our community. He is an essential member of our educational team and a steady presence for students and staff alike. We are grateful for his commitment, professionalism, and dedication to keeping OHS safe.
