Owensboro High School requests the presence of our veterans on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 10:00am for the OHS Veterans Day Program. The program will be presented by the OHS Army JROTC and breakfast for our veterans and guests will follow.
During our Veterans Day program, OHS will be award with the Purple Star Award. This prestigious recognition highlights Owensboro High School commitment to supporting military-connected students and families. The Purple Star Award speaks directly to the incredible staff and teachers at OHS who go above and beyond to serve military families.
OHS students are encouraged to invite family members and friends that have served our country in the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corp, Navy or Space Force.
