Twenty-two students within the Owensboro Public Schools district were selected to the Kentucky Music Educators Association's All-State program. This is the highest honor a K-12 student can achieve in the Fine Arts.
These students will rehearse and perform in February at the Kentucky Music Educators Association Conference in Louisville with fellow musicians from across the state.
