Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs-
        The Commission provides specialty medical care services for certain
        disabling conditions whether they are congenital or acquired.

   Kentucky Impact Program- A statewide program which coordinates
       services for children with severe emotional disabilities and their families.

   MetLife - An organization dedicated to helping families secure both
        lifetime care and quality of life for their children or other dependents
        with special needs.
