The OHS Scoop

The Scoop, a product of the newspaper class, is an open forum for student expression and is distributed monthly to the students of Owensboro High School free of charge. The staff editorial reflects the opinion of the editors and staff. The Scoop encourages letters to the editor, guest columnists, and student artwork. Articles and letters should be less than 300 words. All works are screened for libel, defamation, and/or obscenity and may be edited for length. Letters should be addressed to: The Scoop, Owensboro High School, 1800 Frederica St., Owensboro, KY, 42301. Advertising does not reflect the opinions of the newspaper or the staff. No advertising will be accepted that deals with alcohol, tobacco, or guns.
